                     Preaching and the Word of God

"Any sermon that makes God less holy than he is or man less sinful than he is, is not the truth, nor is it the Word of God." 4-13-07

"Any sermon preached to please men or to itch their ears is not the truth, nor is it the Word of God." 4-13-07

"The Word of God is not preached to please people, or to make them feel good. It is preached to declare the truth that comes from God, that they might know who God is through Christ." 4-13-07

                              The culture war in America

"The culture war is directly caused by the fact that our Supreme Court has established our government as pagan, while the vast majority of people embrace Christianity as their religion. Therefore the culture war cannot cease until either the government becomes pro-Christian again or the mass multitudes embrace paganism as their religion. It seems the intent of the government is to drive the people through laws to paganism and to reject Christianity. If the government succeeds America will fall to moral rot.  The only way that America can stay strong and free is if the people of America are good. And the only way the American people can be good is if they embrace Christianity as their religion." 4-13-07
